Can this product be customized?
Mutrade provides premium custom services for CTT series in terms of platform diameter, loading capacity, system height, platform material, etc. Please feel free to contact us to tailor your turntable.
Can this product be used outdoor?
Yes, CTT can be used outdoor. Please contact Mutrade sales for outdoor package options such as hot dip galvanized structure, motors and electrical components with higher IP rating, etc.
Can this product still operate in case power failure?
For safety considerations, the motors of CTT are equipped with brake function, it cannot be rotated manually.
What are the power requirements?
CTT series can work with either single phase starting from 110v, or three phases power starting from 208v.
Is it a must to install in pit?
NO, not necessarily. CTT can work perfectly installing on ground surface, which is quite common in photography or car display cases. When installed in garages or driveways for easy & safe exit of vehicles, we do recommend to install in pit.
How do you pack & ship?
All CTT parts are well wrapped by films and packed in wooden plywood box to make sure they are delivered to customers safe & sound. LCL container shipment is acceptable for a single unit order.
