And today, we will focus on the corporation procedure, and the first step is Pre-sale.
When we receive your inquiry, we will recommend suitable parking equipment according to your request. If you have any consideration about our company and factory, you can come to our company, and you will be very welcomed. But now, because of the COVID-19, you can’t come, but don’t worry, we can have a video call and show you our company and our factory.
- Design. Then our engineer will make parking solution for you to check. When the drawing has been confirmed, we will sign the contract and you need to prepare the prepayment.
- Payment method. Normally, we request 50% prepayment by T/T, and you need to pay the balance payment a week before delivery. But L/C is also ok for us, when we receive the B/L documents, we will start to do production.
- Trade terms. And we offer EX-Work, fob, CIF and DDU payment terms, when you need us to help you do delivery or not, both ok.
- Third-party factory audit. Before your payment or delivery, if you still have consideration about company, you can ask the 3rd party to come to our factory to check our production line and the products.

After pre-sell, let’s got to the in-salt part. And in this part, you and I both need to do some work.

For the car storage lift, our HP3130/3230, the foundation has some differences with the 2 post parking lift and it will be more complicated.
You need to work on the foundation before product assembly, according to our foundation drawing.
Here is a standard foundation drawing for your reference. Please ask our sales people for the foundation drawing as per your order:
1 The datum grade for this foundation work is ground level on site.
2 This foundation is reinforced concrete structure, the concrete grade is C30.
3 Dig to prime soil for base of columns, and pour after compaction.
4 The error of installed position for column prefabricated parts (screws) should be less than 1mm. The screw thread should be well protected during foundation construction, it's not allowed to have concrete adhered or serious rust on screws.
5 The extra bottom part of foundation pit should be tamped layer by layer to designed elevation by 3:7 spodosol; the horizontal error of foundation pit level should be not more than 20mm.
6 The sumps should be done by owner as per local standard, and connected to sewer or other drainage system.
7 All the power supply terminals should be placed by owner as shown in above drawing, with 2m wires (3 phase 5-wire system) reserved.
For the smart parking system, as they are customized system, we will offer foundation drawing for each project, and then you need to take the drawing to your local institute to approve it, then you can start to work.
Except the foundation, you also need to prepare some tools to deliver the package to your construction site and some tools to do installation.

And for our side, we will confirm the delivery time with you first, then we will follow the production procedure and update some pictures for you; we will ask for the balance payment a week before delivery, when we receive the payment, we will arrange the delivery. If you need us to do ex-work or fob term, you also need to tell us your agent contact in case the delivery might delay.
- After-sales in details -
- Warranty Policy. For our warranty policy, it is 1 year warranty for whole machine and 5 years for the structure. As long as it is not artificial damage, we could send you replacement parts If you get any problem within warranty.
- Installation guide. We also provide installation guidance. For simple parking lift like two post parking lift, we will provide detailed installation manual. It is easy to install and you could finish by your local persons. Certainly, if you have any problem during installation, you could contact us and we will help you to solve. For more complicated parking system, we will dispatch our engineer to site to guide the installation and you need find your local workers to finish the installation.
- After-sales process. As for the after-sales procedure, it is simple. We have professional after-sales department. When you get the problem, you just need provide the photos and videos to show the problem. Then we could help you solve the problem asap.
- Post-warranty issues. If out of warranty, you don’t need worry. All spare parts could be supplied no matter when you ordered our products. So you just tell us what problem you have and we will help you to solve. We have been in mechanical parking business from 2009. We not only pay attention to product quality, but also after-sales service.
